Homemade face mask
Oatmeal + egg white.
Oatmeal is more than just a cereal, it contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds that soothe itchy, dry and irritated skin.
Revitalizing homemade face mask: add 1 egg white and mixture together thoroughly until the mixture becomes frothy, then add 2 spoon oatmeal. Leave the mixture on your face for at least 10 minutes before rinsing it off.
Rise + honey.
We all know how amazing rice is as an ingredient for skin care, it will help you improve your appearance and nourish your skin.
This particular mask is made with the actual rice not with the water, we need to cook the rice until it gets soft, then add 1 tbsp of honey to the cooked rice and grind it with a blender until you get a paste which it will be your face mask.
Hair care
To take care of my hair I particularly love rosemary. Rosemary has powerful antioxidant properties that can promote healthy circulation to the scalp to support of strong, healthy strands, additionally, rosemary helps strengthen the hair follicles, making them more resistant to breakage.
Making your own rosemary oil recipe at home is a simple and cost-effective way to incorporate this natural elixir into your hair care routine.
- Olive oil
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Put both ingredients into a glass jar and then set up in a dark room temperature space for 15 day, after this time the oil is ready for use it.
